We start by understanding your business, your needs, and your goals. Then, we go to work sourcing the right person for the role—someone who’s fluent in English, aligned with U.S. time zones, and has the skills to support your team from day one.

You don’t waste time reviewing dozens of resumes or interviewing candidates who don’t fit. We’ll handle all of that—and only introduce you to fully vetted professionals we believe in.

Strategy Kickoff

Once your new hire is confirmed, we schedule a kickoff call with you, your strategist, and your new team member. During that call, we’ll walk through our proprietary F.U.E.L. framework—a proven process that brings clarity to your brand, your message, and your marketing priorities. We’ll cover:
